Helped with joint pain slowly
Used it mainly for my knee pain which flares up in the cold. Smell is quite herbal but not too strong. It’s a bit thick so takes time to absorb, better at night. I noticed some relief after 10–12 days of regular use. Bottle cap was secure, no leaks. Not a miracle but it’s working slowly so I’ll continue using it.
