Helps acidity slowly
Taste is bit bitter but manageable with warm water. Been using after lunch daily, stomach feels lighter now and acidity is less frequent. Effect is slow but steady, not instant relief. The pouch seal was okay only, not very tight, so I keep it in a separate box. Good for long term digestion issue if you use regularly.
