Easy on stomach
Iron content feels mild, didn’t cause constipation like others. Slight metallic taste. Using for tiredness and eyesight both. Energy feels a bit better in afternoons. Pack was neat and blister sheets were full.

Helps With Eye Strain
Very useful for tired eyes and mild headaches I get after long screen hours. Tastes metallic and earthy, but I got used to it. Been taking regularly after lunch, and I feel less strain in eyes. Not sure about any effect on digestion. No issue with delivery, bottle was good condition.
