Worked for back spasm
Took it after my office stress triggered lower back pain, two tablets post meals as advised. It eased the tightness by second day, but felt bit sleepy after the first dose. No stomach upset. Easy to swallow, packaging was intact. Overall good for mild muscle pain, but take with food for sure.
