Been taking it for skin irritation and noticed reduced itching after about a week. Pills are smooth with mild sulfur smell but nothing too strong. Package arrived fine with a tight cap. Sometimes it upsets my stomach slightly if taken on empty stomach, so I take it after breakfast and results stay stable.
