Helps with daily energy
Taste is actually nice and not too heavy, just a bit grainy texture. I take it with warm milk after dinner, feel more energetic next day. Helps with general fatigue. Takes 10–15 days to feel any change. Packaging was good, came sealed properly. Only small issue is it clumps a bit during rains, so keeping it in fridge now.
