Mild help for weight
Using it with light walking and portion control. Felt slightly less hungry after meals. No major change in weight yet, but clothes feel bit looser. Capsules don’t smell, easy to take. Energy also feels more steady through the day. Delivery was fast and packaging clean. Will continue for a few more weeks.
