Skin slowly getting better
Taking it for acne and general skin dullness. No magical change but skin feels less oily now. Slight nausea on day one but went away. Smell of capsule is herbal, not very strong. Drinking more water with it helps. One strip was slightly bent, but all tablets intact.

Gentle daily energy boost
Been taking this for a couple of weeks and feeling a gentle lift in energy, especially during long office hours. Taste is neutral and capsules go down smooth, though one piece had slightly loose seal but worked fine. Effects are gradual but steady, helping with daily stiffness. No tummy issues for me, just remember to take after food for best comfort
