I started using this for my sinus block and dry sneezing issue. Within 3-4 days, head felt a bit lighter and nose was less stuffy. It doesn’t fully cure cold, but gives some comfort. I take one in morning and one at night. Slight burping happens sometimes. Delivery was fast and well packed.
