Good for head heaviness
Bought for sinus-type headache that comes in summer heat. Started feeling less heaviness after 3–4 uses. Took with warm water in morning. Slight metallic taste, not very bitter. One day forgot and headache came back mildly. So seems to work, just need to be regular. Came nicely bubble wrapped.
