Helped during heavy flow
Started taking during cycle for cramps and heavy bleeding, it reduced slightly after two cycles. Smell is quite strong and taste is sour, but manageable with water. No side effects noticed. Bottle was well-packed and came with tight seal. Not a quick fix but seems to support regular cycle when used long-term.
