Helped with stuffy nose
Very soothing for blocked nose, works in 5–10 mins. Bit strong smell at first but feels natural. I use at night before sleeping, breathing gets easier. Dropper ok only, sometimes a little messy. No irritation seen so far, even with regular use. Good for winter cold.
