Felt calmer after meals
Tastes a bit bitter but manageable with warm water. Been using daily after lunch, and I feel more settled in the evenings now, especially on work-from-home days. Bottle was tightly sealed, no leaks. Took about 10 days to feel anything noticeable. Smell is herbal but not too strong. Sleep is also slightly better now.

Calming and grounding feel
Taste is earthy and not too bad. Started taking for stress and mild weakness, feeling more calm and balanced now. No drowsiness. Using in evening daily. Glass bottle looks old-style but came intact. Slight sediment forms at bottom after few days.
