Soothing for joint stiffness
Tried this for my shoulder stiffness, especially after sleeping wrong or sitting long hours. Slow but steady relief after 2 weeks. Slightly sweet, goes well with water. Cap was sealed tight. No weird smell like some others.

Helped with leg stiffness
Been taking daily with warm water after food, taste is a bit sour but manageable. Noticed some relief in morning leg stiffness after 2 weeks. Slight herbal smell when opening bottle. No issue with seal or delivery. Feels traditional and slow working but something is changing slowly.
