Helped with leg stiffness
Been taking daily with warm water after food, taste is a bit sour but manageable. Noticed some relief in morning leg stiffness after 2 weeks. Slight herbal smell when opening bottle. No issue with seal or delivery. Feels traditional and slow working but something is changing slowly.
