Stiffness reduced slowly
Taking from 3 weeks, some relief in morning joint stiffness. Works slowly, but feels genuine. Smell is strong, typical ayurvedic. Tablets are a little thick but manageable. Didn’t upset my stomach, so ok for daily use.

Good for knee stiffness
Started for my stiff knees and I’m seeing better movement after 3 weeks. Slight herbal smell but no bad aftertaste. Tablets are thick, so need water to swallow. I take it morning and evening, helps during long office hours. One blister was slightly bent but tablets were ok. Not instant but definitely feels better now.
