Great for joint pain
Bought for my father's leg stiffness. Giving him 2 tablets daily with warm milk. After one week, he says knee pain is less and he walks more now. Smell is mild, not strong. Didn’t cause gas or any issue. Delivery was quick. Tablet little crumbly but manageable. Will buy again if effect continues.
