Mildly Effective Sugar Support
Taking these since a month, and sugar levels are bit more stable now, though not a huge change yet. Taste is slightly bitter but manageable with food. I usually take after lunch. One strip came slightly bent but tablets were fine. No side effects till now. Feels natural and slow-working. Hoping better results in long run.

Feeling better after meals
After a week, my digestion is somewhat better, especially in the evenings. Slightly bitter taste, so I take it with warm water. No stomach irritation which I usually get with other tablets. Bottle seal was tight, no smell issues. It's helping but works slowly, so need patience. I take it after lunch mostly. No major side effects till now.
