Taste is ok effect is slow
Taste is sweet-bitter but manageable. Taking daily in the morning. Period cramps are little less now but flow still same. Maybe needs longer time. Syrup bottle is sturdy but cap bit hard to open. No stomach upset. Felt little drowsy one day, but not sure if because of this.
