Energy better but taste bad
Been using this for low iron levels and I do feel more active. But tablets are bit big and taste metallic if not swallowed quickly. No stomach upset which is good. Slightly expensive but seems worth it. Bottle was tight sealed. Had to drink more water after taking it, leaves dry mouth sometimes.
