Using during change of weather for sinus issues, gives mild relief. Powder is very fine, mixes easily in warm water. Slightly bitter but expected. No stomach upset or other issues. Regular courier delivery, no leakage or damage.

Took this for sinus heaviness and felt slow but steady relief over four to five days. Powder is fine but tastes a bit sharp. One corner of the pouch was lightly dented but product inside was fine. Sometimes mixing leaves tiny granules, still works ok. Good for regular mild support.

Bit hard to drink due to strong taste, but I got used to it. Works ok for sinus—head heaviness reduced on and off. On some days no change though. I take it early morning. Delivery was on time, no damage. I keep it in fridge because of the heat.
