I take one at night for digestion, and it mostly helps, but sometimes feels too warming especially in summer. Herbal smell is a bit strong also. It did reduce gas issues though. Just drink more water when taking it, that helps.

Packaging was tight, capsules looked fresh. Slightly bitter aftertaste if you break the capsule, so best to swallow directly. Works ok for regular routine.
