Felt some difference slowly
Taking daily at night as told, seems to help with control and confidence but result is slow only, around 3–4 weeks I felt bit better. No stomach upset or anything. Tablets are easy to swallow, taste is slightly bitter. Bottle seal was tight, no damage. For me it’s working ok but not a very strong effect.
