Good for heavy meals
I take this before dinner when having something spicy or outside food. Stomach feels lighter next day. Slight bitter aftertaste but okay. One strip had a tablet missing but rest was fine. Doesn’t work same every time, but mostly helpful.

Helps with food digestion
Taking it before heavy meals. Feels less bloated after eating. Taste is a bit bitter if kept in mouth for long, so swallowing fast is better. Works fairly quickly. Blister pack was sealed properly, one tablet was slightly loose but ok.
