Helped me sleep better
Started using during a stressful phase, sleep is more restful now. Took 5–6 days to show any effect. No drowsiness next morning. Capsules are bit smelly but manageable. Delivery was quick and smooth. Using at bedtime after dinner.

Energy improved slowly
Bit skeptical but started feeling better after 3 weeks. Took it regularly in morning after food. No weird aftertaste, smell was mild. Felt some boost in energy and less heaviness. Packaging was neat, though the seal was a little loose. Otherwise good.
