Works slowly but steady
Taking it for immunity as I get frequent cough in weather change. Capsule is ghee-based so little oily feel in mouth but tolerable. Been two weeks, no new cold so maybe working. I take after food. Comes in small jar, tight seal. Bit expensive for quantity but if it keeps me well, then ok.

Slight boost in immunity
Tried it for general immunity after frequent coughs during season change. Capsule smell is strong but easier than taking ghee directly. I take with warm water in morning. Didn’t fall sick last month so maybe helping slowly. No issues with seal. Works better with regular diet.
