Helps with body stiffness
Used this oil for joint pain and back stiffness. Warmed a little before applying. Absorbs slowly but gives nice relief by morning. Smell is mild. No staining on bedsheet. One bottle lasted almost a month. Pain didn’t vanish but reduced quite a bit.
