Helped with constipation slowly
Started using this after meals, took around 4–5 days to feel proper relief. Doesn’t cause cramping like some other stuff. Taste is fine, bit of herbal smell when you open the bottle. Capsules are easy to swallow. Feels mild, so don’t expect instant action. Ok for regular use. Delivery came on time, packing was neat.

Eases bowel movement
Taking one at bedtime, it works gently by morning without cramps. No sudden urgency like some others. Capsule has slight herbal smell but no aftertaste. I use it 2–3 times a week only. Helps after heavy meals or travel. Delivery was fast, expiry date fine. Satisfied overall.
