Gives relief in cold
Taste is quite bitter so I mix in warm water with honey. Using during winter for joint stiffness and cold symptoms. Seems to help when taken regularly. No major change instantly but slowly feel better. Smell is strong herbal. Bottle came with tight cap, no leakage. I take after meals, suits better that way.

Helped after long travel
Felt good relief in joints after using it post long train travel. Taste is strong and bitter but manageable. One bottle leaked slightly at cap during courier, but not major. Mixing it with warm water helped absorption. Working decently so far
