Kerala Ayurveda Normact Tablet
I started this after some stress-related BP spikes. Took 2 tabs daily as suggested. Taste is fine, no aftertaste. It worked slowly but brought some balance in a month. One time a tablet was chipped but rest were fine. Didn’t feel drowsy or any other side effect. Overall ok only, I’m continuing for now.

Working slowly for BP
Using along with my regular meds, BP variation is lesser now but took nearly 3 weeks to see any shift. No side effects seen. Tablets are small and easy to swallow. Courier box was slightly dented but product was safe inside.
