Joint pain bit less
Knee stiffness reduced slightly after using for a month. Not a miracle, but walking is bit smoother now. Capsule is slightly big but manageable. Smell is strong if you open the bottle. Normal delivery, well packed.

Joint stiffness improved
Was using this for knee joint stiffness. Took it daily with warm water and slowly saw improvement after 10 days. Capsule is easy to take, no aftertaste. I wish the effect came a bit faster, but no side effect so far.

Slowly helping my sugar
Using with diet and walking, sugar level is slightly better in last month. No weakness or bad reaction. Smell is herbal and mild. Delivery was late by two days, but packaging was tight. Still early, but I feel hopeful with it.

Gentle on joints
Tried for mild joint stiffness, especially in the knees. Feels a bit smoother now while climbing stairs. Didn’t expect much but noticeable difference. No side effects, no strong smell. Capsules are small and easy to take. Reached in good packing, no damage, expiry was recent batch.
