Effective but strong smell
This helps with constipation if taken properly at bedtime. Works by morning but has strong earthy smell. Taste is bitter so I mix with warm water and jaggery. Slight cramping first time but later fine. Container was sealed well, though spoon inside was missing.

Helpful mild herbal laxative
This worked ok only for mild constipation days, giving a smooth morning without cramping. The powder has a typical herbal scent and mixes decently in warm water, though sometimes tiny clumps form. One night it felt a bit too strong, so now I use a smaller pinch. Packing was neat and delivery quick. Good to keep at home.
