Slight effect but ok
Bought it for low iron issue. Taste is bitter and leaves a slightly dry feel in mouth. Been 2 weeks, energy is a little better but not dramatic. I take it with warm water post lunch. No bad reaction. Packaging is ok only, the label was slightly scratched.
