Works slow but steady
Using for back stiffness and joint aches from long desk job. Tablets are small and easy to swallow. After 10 days pain reduced slightly, more flexibility now. Smell is strong when opening bottle but goes away. One strip was slightly bent but tablets fine. Will continue for full month.
