Feeling calmer after work
I started taking this mainly for stress and sleep, and after 2–3 weeks it’s working ok. I feel bit more relaxed in the evenings and sleep is better on most days. Slightly bitter aftertaste but manageable. Packaging was fine, came with a tight seal. I take it after dinner, not seen any side effects so far. Helps me stay calm even during busy office calls.
