Helped with acne slowly
I started taking it for skin breakouts and after 2–3 weeks saw some improvement. Pimples reduced but dryness increased slightly. No side effects otherwise. Tablets are small and easy to swallow. No bad smell or taste. Came in good condition with tight seal. I take it after lunch mostly. Works slowly but helps if taken regularly.
