Taste is quite sharp and oily, so I take with warm water to wash it down. Helped reduce heaviness after meals and felt lighter overall. Noticed better bowel movement too. Jar is sturdy, inner foil was slightly torn but no leak. Feels like traditional remedy, slow but effective if you’re consistent.
