Helps digestion over time
Helps with digestion and skin, I think. I’ve been taking it regularly after lunch. Taste is bitter, so I quickly swallow with warm water. Sometimes gives a bit of acidity if I skip food. Package was neat and arrived in time. Overall, useful for long-term use but not quick fix.
