Helps digestion with mild taste
Been using this powder for a few weeks; taste is a bit sharp but manageable with warm water. Felt a slow but steady lightness after meals, especially on busy office days. The aroma is slightly herbal and clumps a little if kept open too long. No side effects for me and digestion feels more settled overall. Delivery came on time with a nice tight seal.
