Making decoction daily takes time but felt lighter and less swelling in legs after a week. Slightly bitter taste but expected. No stomach upset. Used for borderline sugar and felt stable. Packet was clean. Wished it came in tablet form.

Very bitter taste, I mix with warm water post meals. Helped reduce bloating and gas slowly, not instant. Sometimes clumps up if not mixed well. No loose motions or discomfort. I take once daily after dinner. Box was fine, nothing missing.
