Cooling support for skin
Taste is bitter as expected, but manageable with warm milk. Helped cool down my skin issues slowly, but effect is not very fast. No stomach discomfort. Bottle came intact with tight seal, no leakage. I take it early morning during summers mainly. For chronic skin stuff, feels more supportive than curative.
