Been using for over a month now, morning and evening with warm water. Slight bitterness but manageable. Noticed better control in sugar levels, especially post lunch. Tablet size is fine, no stomach upset. One time the seal was a bit loose, but tablet strips were ok inside. My energy also improved a little, feels more steady.

Started this along with walking and light diet changes. Sugar levels showing slight improvement but not very fast. Tablets are small and easy to take. I take twice a day. No bad taste or smell. Seal was tight, all tablets fine. Works slow, so I’ll continue one more month and see again.

Got this on friend’s suggestion for sugar support. No aftertaste, easy to swallow. Felt bit dry in throat after taking. Using from 2 weeks, feel lighter and energy is bit better. Can’t say sugar levels changed much yet. Packing was fine.
