Been using this for mild sugar control – results are not dramatic but steady over weeks. I take two tablets daily after meals. Slight herbal aftertaste, nothing too strong. No side effects so far. The bottle was small but packed well. Price seems ok for 60 tablets. Wouldn’t rely only on this, but as support it’s working fine.
