Ok for sugar levels
Started using for borderline sugar, effect is there but slow. Pee frequency reduced. Tablets are bitter, but manageable. Taking with warm water before meals. Seal was intact. No stomach upset.

Helped sugar control slowly
Sugar fluctuations reduced slightly after 3 weeks. Bit bitter aftertaste and sometimes clumps in container if not closed tight. Delivery was fine. No big change in energy but digestion feels slightly better.

These small tablets have a mild herbal taste and seem to keep my sugar swings calmer, though effect varies on busy office days. Bottle felt a bit loosely packed but nothing damaged. After around ten days I feel slightly more energetic in the afternoons. No stomach upset so far, just a faint bitterness.
