Good for daily calcium
Tablets are slightly chalky but easy to swallow. No stomach discomfort so far. Felt less knee stiffness after 2 weeks. Blister pack had one tablet stuck. Otherwise all good. No smell. Using along with milk in evening.

Energising and Dependable Supplement
Started taking after workouts and it feels quite energising; acidity was minimal for me. Tablets are easy to swallow and taste is neutral. Noticed slightly better recovery after long office days too. One strip had a loose seal but tablets were fine. Overall a dependable supplement for regular use.
