Slightly helps with periods
Took it daily with warm water as advised. Taste is ghee-like but has that herbal aftertaste. Period pain reduced slightly but flow still irregular sometimes. Not a miracle but helps over time I feel. Packaging was simple, no damage. I store it in fridge because it melts in this Chennai heat.
