Helps With Bloating Gently
Been using it for digestion at night before sleep. Taste is a bit bitter and strong at first but you get used to it. Works slowly but I do feel less bloated after a week. Texture is thick but not sticky. No tummy issues so far. The cap was slightly loose when it came, but seal intact, so used it. Helps better when taken with warm water.
