Helped slowly over time
Been using for my dry eyes from screen use, saw some relief after 3-4 weeks. No fast results but feels better now, especially in the morning. Capsules smell slightly herbal but easy to swallow. Packaging was fine, no damage. I take after food, otherwise feels a bit heavy. Overall ok only, but not a miracle.
