Helped in nerve pain
Tried for numbness and tingling in feet due to heat and long standing. After taking for 2 weeks felt some lightness and better movement. Bit bitter but manageable with warm water. Comes in glass bottle, no leak. Smell is herbal type, ok only. Felt sleepy sometimes after taking, maybe just body relaxing. Happy overall.

Feels calming for nerves
Doctor suggested this for nerve weakness and stress. I feel more calm now and sleep quality improved. Took around 10 days to feel effect. Taste is bitter so I mix in warm water with a spoon of honey. Slight sediment settles at bottom, so stir before drinking. Bottle was packed properly. Smell is strong but herbal type only.
