Mixed experience overall
Tried this mainly for skin patches and immunity support. Capsules are easy to swallow and there is no strong smell, which I liked. After one month, some days skin looked calmer, other days no change, so effect feels inconsistent. No major side effects, just slight dryness once. One strip was slightly bent but capsules were fine. Might work better for others, for me result is mild only.
