Started taking for hairfall and felt some improvement in 3 weeks. Not super fast but hairfall is less now. Smell is quite strong, like old herbs, not very pleasant but ok. I take it in morning with warm water. Bottle cap was tight. Didn’t notice any stomach upset or issue. Works slowly but better than nothing.
